I was ready to give away a couple of my favorite shirts because they started fitting a little big.  Lucky me my mom reminded me that she knows how to tailor clothing.  At first I was skeptical... and then I thought "Hey! That's a lot smarter than buying new clothes that fit!!".  She also told me about how she would always tailor clothing for my older siblings when they were younger.
